Description: Our client requires a number of Business Analysts who will be responsible for developing new business process and procedure documentation and modification and refinement of existing material. This will also involve liaising with relevant stakeholders; through workshops, interviews and meetings, to gain an understanding of the current processes and future requirements.
The successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in:
- Organisational Change Management
- Process and procedure development frameworks
- Process and procedure documentation development
- ITIL
